Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone Sprint Architecture

Our client partnerships operate on modular development and campaign engineering sprints:

• Sprint 01 • Strategy & Architecture: Comprehensive search intent clustering, competitor ad intelligence, server-side CAPI architecture design, and direct-response copywriting briefs.
• Sprint 02 • Engineering & Launch: Dedicated landing page build, conversion pixel integration, commercial negative keyword implementation, creative production, and live ad launch.
• Sprint 03 • Algorithmic Scaling & Optimization: Ongoing bid management, weekly ROAS telemetry, creative hook testing, and horizontal campaign scaling.

2. Direct Advertising Spend (Google & Meta)

Because media spend is transacted directly with Google or Meta, any request for a refund of unspent advertising budget or account credits must be processed directly through Google Ads or Meta Business Manager in accordance with their respective refund guidelines:

3. Service Sprint Fees & Refund Eligibility

Our milestone sprint management fees cover custom human engineering, full-stack software development, and direct-response copywriting:

• Pre-Sprint Commencement (100% Refundable): If a Client requests cancellation in writing prior to the technical kick-off of a sprint cycle (before creative production, custom landing page builds, or ad setup commences), a 100% refund of the sprint fee will be issued within seven (7) business days.
• Post-Commencement / Completed Deliverables: Once custom assets (such as landing page code, ad creative packages, keyword models, or custom software) have been developed and deployed to the Client’s accounts, the sprint fee for that milestone is non-refundable.
• Defective Deliverables Protocol: If any technical deliverable fails to meet the specifications mutually agreed upon in the project scope of work (SOW), AVMARKONE will provide unlimited technical revisions within ten (10) business days until compliance is achieved.

4. Cancellation & Pausing Policy

We provide complete commercial freedom:

• No Lock-In Retainers: Engagements may be paused, scaled, or cancelled at the conclusion of any sprint cycle.
• Notice Period: We request written notice via email (avmarkone@gmail.com) or WhatsApp seven (7) calendar days prior to the commencement of the next sprint cycle to ensure proper offboarding and clean handover of all telemetry assets.
• Seamless Transition: Upon cancellation, the Client retains 100% custody of all Google Ads accounts, Meta Business Managers, pixel data, domains, and custom landing page code.

5. 100% Free Consultation Guarantee

Our initial strategy audits, live 30-minute growth calls, and the custom campaign blueprints generated through our consultation form are 100% free with zero sales pressure. There is never any financial obligation associated with requesting or reviewing an AVMARKONE growth blueprint.
