1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the FastDocscan™ mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App", "FastDocscan", or "Service"), created, engineered, and maintained by AVMARKONE Digital & Technology Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "AVMARKONE", "Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

By installing, copying, or using FastDocscan on any mobile phone, tablet, or handheld device, you (the "User" or "you") expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not install, access, or use the App, and must immediately uninstall any copies in your possession.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent established in your home jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to form a binding agreement with AVMARKONE.

2. App Usage and License

Limited License Grant: Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, AVMARKONE grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free limited license to download, install, and execute the App solely on compatible Android hardware devices that you personally own or lawfully control.

Permitted Use Cases: You may use FastDocscan for legitimate, lawful document productivity activities, including:

• Capturing photographic images of physical receipts, contracts, invoices, whiteboards, notes, and academic papers via your device's native camera.
• Applying on-device perspective transforms, automatic edge auto-cropping, and local color enhancement filters (such as Magic Color, Black & White, and Grayscale).
• Organizing digitized multi-page document folders and compiling them into portable document format (PDF) files.
• Stamping user-drawn electronic signatures, custom watermarks, and date notations onto documents for personal or internal commercial workflows.
• Exporting high-resolution PDF or JPEG files directly to your device's local filesystem or through your device's standard native Android share sheet.

License Restrictions: You strictly agree that you shall NOT, directly or indirectly:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive or extract the underlying source code, algorithms, or proprietary logic of the App.
• Modify, translate, adapt, alter, or create derivative works based upon the App, its binary packages, or any of its constituent libraries.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, publish, or transfer the App or any portion thereof to any third party without express prior written authorization from AVMARKONE.
• Circumvent, bypass, disable, or tamper with any technological copy-protection, feature-flagging, advertising SDK mechanisms, or operational safeguards embedded within the App.
• Use the App to design, build, train, or validate any competing document scanning, optical edge-detection, or PDF rendering mobile software product.

3. User Responsibilities

As a condition of your use of FastDocscan, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• Lawful Document Ownership: You are the lawful owner of, or possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to photograph, scan, edit, store, and export any document, physical paper, identification, or image processed using the App.
• Prohibited Document Materials: You shall NOT scan, store, or generate documents that contain:
  1. Counterfeit fiat banknotes, financial currency, or forged negotiable instruments.
  2. Fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized governmental identity documents, passports, or visas for illicit impersonation.
  3. Classified governmental defense secrets, military intelligence, or state-restricted documentation without statutory clearance.
  4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual imagery, terrorist propaganda, or materials promoting violence or hate speech.
  5. Stolen trade secrets, proprietary intellectual property, or confidential materials in violation of valid non-disclosure covenants.
• Device Security & Backups: Because FastDocscan operates locally, you bear sole and exclusive responsibility for the physical and digital security of your device. You are solely responsible for setting strong device PINs/biometrics, securing your operating system against malware, and generating routine external backups of your critical scanned PDF files to your preferred private cloud or external drive.

4. Document Scanning and PDF Editing

Runtime Device Permissions: FastDocscan requests specific Android operating system permissions to perform its core functions:

• Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA): Required strictly to capture live camera frames of physical paper documents for on-device edge detection and scanning. FastDocscan never records background video or operates your camera when the App is not actively in scanning mode.
• Storage / Media Permissions: Required strictly to read images you choose to import from your gallery and to write/save final exported PDF documents and JPEG files to your chosen device storage directory.

Algorithmic Auto-Crop & Quality: While FastDocscan employs high-speed contour analysis and automatic perspective rectification algorithms, output quality inherently depends upon external factors including camera lens cleanliness, ambient lighting conditions, hand stability, and visual contrast between the document and background surface. AVMARKONE does not warrant that edge detection will be 100% error-free on every surface. Manual crop adjustment controls are provided within the interface for user fine-tuning.

Electronic Signatures & Watermarks Disclaimer: The signature overlay and watermark stamping tools provided in the App are intended as visual editing conveniences. AVMARKONE does not act as a trusted digital certificate authority (CA) or cryptographic trust service provider. AVMARKONE provides no warranty or legal representation regarding whether a visual signature drawn in the App satisfies statutory e-signature validity criteria (e.g., US ESIGN Act, EU eIDAS Regulation, or India Information Technology Act Section 10A) for any particular high-value legal agreement. Legal enforceability remains entirely your responsibility.

5. Data Storage and Privacy (100% On-Device / Local Guarantee)

Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob SDK): The free-to-use version of FastDocscan integrates the official Google AdMob SDK to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements that financially support ongoing development. The AdMob SDK may collect and process standard non-personally identifiable diagnostic telemetry, including device model, operating system version, mobile network carrier, approximate general location (country/city level), and Google Advertising ID (GAID) in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies and our Global Privacy Policy. AdMob does NOT receive or access any scanned documents or photos.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Developer Property: The App, including its visual design, user interface layout, typography, branding, icons, custom graphics, source code, compilation scripts, edge detection algorithms, and documentation, are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of AVMARKONE Digital & Technology Solutions and its licensors, protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Trademarks: "FastDocscan", "FastDocscan™", the FastDocscan document scanner icon, and "AVMARKONE" are trademarks and service marks of AVMARKONE. No right or license is granted to use any of these trademarks without express written authorization.

User Retains 100% Document Ownership: You retain sole, complete, and unencumbered ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to all documents, images, and content that you scan, import, edit, or export using the App. AVMARKONE claims zero ownership, title, copyright, or moral rights over your paperwork.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AVMARKONE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, CORRUPTION OR LOSS OF SCANNED DATA, HARDWARE STORAGE FAILURE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REGULATORY FINES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF AVMARKONE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO CASE SHALL AVMARKONE'S AGGREGATE TOTAL LEGAL LIABILITY ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO AVMARKONE FOR THE APP OR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Termination of Service

Termination by You: You may terminate these Terms at any time simply by permanently deleting and uninstalling the App from all of your devices.

Termination by Developer: AVMARKONE reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to suspend, terminate, restrict, or discontinue your access to the App (or any updates thereof) at any time, with or without notice, in the event of any violation of these Terms, non-compliance with applicable law, or due to operational discontinuation of the App on Google Play.

Survival: Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of these Terms shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
